Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your registration. We may use your information to contact you about upcoming events and camp news but honor requests to unsubscribe from these updates. This information is kept confidential and is not shared.

Counselors' clearance information may be shared with our insurance company or law enforcement agencies, as deemed necessary by Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in PA's regional staff.

If you're unable to attend camp for any reason we will refund your entire registration fee. No refunds are offered for campers that have already attended a camp.

Paid room reservations for family camp events are refundable up to one week prior to the event. With-in one week, no refunds will be offered.
